Personally led by Cesar Delgado

A home-care owner your family will actually know.

At A New Day, your family is not handed off to an impersonal system. Cesar personally meets with every client, helps shape the care plan and remains accessible as needs change.

After seeing his own mother receive care that fell short of what she deserved, Cesar and his wife cared for her themselves. That experience inspired him to build a different kind of nonmedical home-care agency—one centered on attentiveness, dignity and accountability.

Before founding A New Day, Cesar attended medical school, worked in hospital settings and led the Orange County Office on Aging. His medical education and senior-care experience help him ask thoughtful questions, recognize changing support needs and guide families through complex care decisions.

Founded in Orange County in 2011, A New Day combines a trusted caregiver team with personal owner involvement from the very first conversation.
